Restaurant Policies

Just to give you an idea for what to expect, you are welcome to dine in our Main Dining Area then head over to the Karaoke Room for more cocktails and dessert, just keep in mind you still have to meet the minimum for food and beverages in the room.

Guest count regulations

For parties of 5 or more guests, a food and beverage minimum of $45 per person will be applied and reservations must be confirmed the day of.

For parties of 15 or more guests, we would need reservations scheduled at least 1 week in advance and your party must order from our Pre-Set Dinner Menus. Please contact us to view the menus and for further information.

Cancellation policy

We can hold your table up to 30 minutes after the secured time. Please make sure to arrive on time. If you are late, we urge you to contact us so we can make our best effort to accommodate you and your party. 

No shows or cancellations made within 24 hours of the reservation Friday-Saturday are subject to a $10 charge per head to the credit card on file.

For parties of 6 or more, cancellations within 24 hours of the reservation are subject to a $100 charge to the credit card on file.

Dress Code

THE Venue enforces a very strict Upscale Dress code for our Main Dining Area. We do not allow beachwear, any form of gym attire, flip flops, jerseys, tank tops, sleeveless shirts, bandanas, ball caps, oversized and unkept baggy clothing. We at THE Venue reserve the right to refuse entry and service to guests inappropriately dressed regardless of the reservation status. 

Decorations

We allow balloons and cakes/desserts. We charge a $30 cake fee per quarter sheet and $2 per cupcake or doughnut. Table centerpieces and tablecloths are allowed, although it must be cleared with management. 

NO confetti, glitter, tape, or sparkler candles

Guests Under 21

You must alert us if you have underage guests in your party when you make the reservation. Guests under 21 years of age are welcome in the Dining Area and Karaoke Rooms. However, all guests in the Karaoke Rooms must be 21 and over for alcohol to be served to the room and guests must be 21 and over on Fridays and Saturdays after 10pm.
